The Annual F.O.T.A.S. Convention will be held from Sept. 11th to the 13th, 2009.  This year's event will have World Renowned Speakers, an elegant buffet banquet, one of the largest award winning fish displays in the state, and will be held at one of Houston's finest hotels - The Omni Houston Westside.
